History
EXSTR had its beginnings in June 2020 as a project primarily aimed at managing a building nearing completion, in collaboration with a group of investors led by Patrick. The search for a hotel operator proved to be a daunting and challenging task for Patrick, as he couldn’t find a suitable one anywhere. Driven by this need and his entrepreneurial vision, Patrick made the bold decision to establish his own company to undertake this management task. At this crucial moment, he turned to Harold, a former colleague from another company, to join as a partner in this exciting business venture.
Harold, with his impressive eight years of experience working with the Marriott group in New York, brought a valuable wealth of knowledge and skills to the project. His background in the hotel industry had prepared him exceptionally well to face the challenges and opportunities that would arise on EXSTR’s journey.
Backed by the experience and commitment of both partners, EXSTR embarked on its journey with a solid foundation and a clear vision for success in managing high-quality properties and hotel services.
